Michael Robinson, Esq.

Chairman / Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings his depth of business and legal expertise to BCI regarding taxation, finance, investment consulting, and business acquisitions. Mike currently serves as Counsel to Wealth Management & Asset Management, a division of Commerce Holdings, LLC, where he focuses on estate trust & tax matters. Mike also serves as “of counsel” at Glankler Brown.

Previously, Mike was president of the D. Canale Companies, a food and beverage company and one of Memphis’ oldest businesses. Mike also is a retired senior partner and tax partner at Glankler Brown Gilliland Chase Robinson & Raines where he concentrated his practice in the areas of business acquisitions, finance, and taxation.

He is a former minority owner of Consulting Services Group (CSG), a traditional & alternative investment consulting firm representing endowments, foundations, defined benefit plans, insurance companies, hospitals, trusts, public funds, Taft-Hartley plans, and high net worth individuals with assets under management and consulting in excess of $20 Billion.

Don Hutson

Don brings decades of marketing, sales, and business expertise to BCI with an extensive background as a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling marketing and sales author, a pioneer in on-line training, and a seasoned speaker, with numerous global Fortune 500 clients, including Kraft, Visa, Nationwide, Hewlett Packard, and hundreds of appearances in the healthcare industry.

As CEO of U.S. Learning, a corporate training entity, and the Executive Producer of U.S. Learning’s training programs, Don Hutson has served clients in over 30 countries. Don is an also in-demand professional speaker at corporate and association meetings.

Don Hutson’s client list includes over one-half of the Fortune 500, and he is featured in over 100 training films. He is past president of the National Speakers Association and the author or co-author of 16 books, including two Wall Street Journal and New York Times International #1 best sellers.

Jeffrey McCune, CPA

Chief Financial Officer (Memphis Office)

With his extensive professional experience in accounting and tax services, Jeff brings his vast background and thought leadership to BCI, providing chief financial officer skills and abilities.

As the managing member of McCune & Bell CPA’s PLLC, Jeff focuses on the modern business owner who’s looking for accounting services and tax strategies, delivering measurable results. The team of professionals at McCune & Bell help businesses manage cash flow and handle bookkeeping activities, while creating a budget, keeping business owners on track to meet their goals. W. Sean Harrison

Chief Technology Officer (Nashville Office)

Sean brings years of expertise in enterprise platform design to BCI, with an extensive background in health plan claims analytics.

As the chief technology officer of BCI, Sean has extensive IT experience in the medical/pharma, financial, and aerospace industries. As a patent holder in human clinical trial data management and ERISA fiduciary compliance automation, Sean also has vast experience in standards-compliant/conformal architectures (HIPAA, HITECH, OIG, FDA, among others) as well as employee benefit plan subrogation, while continuing to leverage enterprise bulk data sets to deliver unprecedented speed and efficiencies to the subrogation vertical.

Sean is comfortable in the boardroom providing critical guidance and technical business intelligence or in the trenches designing, implementing, and coding next-generation solutions. Sean and his team currently have access to over 300 million patient lives worldwide, and they’re building new solutions in the subrogation, medical analytics, AI, blockchain, and automation verticals.

Sean was a founder of Hagimo, LLC, and he served as the technology director and a principal at Provisio, Inc., a Nashville-based company that develops technologies and services that enhance clinical trial processes.

Lisa Whitlock

Director of Analytics (Nashville Office)

Lisa is Director of Analytics for BCI. She has almost 30 years of medical billing and coding experience with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and coding strategies involving ICD9/10, CPT, HCPCS, NDC, and others.

Prior to joining BCI, Lisa had roles in practice management for multiple providers / provider groups including billing and coding oversight, analytics, and assessments.

She has also served in the role of clinical director for a Nashville based company using various technology platforms and translation of trial inclusion/exclusion criteria to support human clinical drug trial feasibility, site identification, and enrollment.
